    近年来,骨缺损动物模型在骨组织工程实验中运用广泛,新西兰兔是骨缺损修复实验中首选的实验动物之一,选用合适的骨缺损模型需考虑多种因素,如动物的年龄、性别、体重、日常活动量、骨缺损部位、缺损大小、骨膜血运情况、固定方式等,众多学者在制作模型时对上述因素有着不同的组合方式,但多未解释理由。为此,本文对以新西兰兔为实验动物的骨缺损模型进行综述。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, bone defect animal model has been widely used in bone tissue engineering experiments. New Zealand rabbit is one of the first experimental animals in the bone defect repair experiment. It is necessary to consider a variety of factors such as age, sex, weight, daily activity, bone defect location, defect size, periosteal blood flow and fixation mode. Many scholars have made it The model has different combination methods for the above factors, but there are many reasons for the above factors. Therefore, this paper reviews the bone defect model of New Zealand rabbits as experimental animals.
