中药抑制椎间盘退变的分子机制研究

摘要:

椎间盘退变 (intervertebral disc degeneration, IVDD) 是一系列脊柱退行性疾病的病理基础，发病率高，严重影响患者的生活。中药治疗椎间盘退变临床应用广泛，疗效较好，对其作用机制研究也越来越深入。本文就单味药、复方以及中成药治疗 IVDD 的实验药理机制研究进行了归纳和总结，为临床提供参考。

Abstract:

Intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD) is a pathological basis for a series of degenerative diseases of the spine, which has a high incidence and seriously affects people’s lives. Traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in the treatment of IVDD with better out- comes. In this paper, the experimental pharmacological mechanism of single medicine, compound medicine and Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of IVDD were summarized, which can provide reference for clinical practice.
