Abstract:Glenohumeral ligament is an important part to maintain the stability of shoulder joint, including the upper glenohumeral, middle and lower ligaments, which passively maintain the stability of the lower shoulder joint.Among them, the subglenohumeral ligament is the most critical part, accounting for about 25% of the instability factors of the shoulder joint. The inferior glenohumeral ligament is divided into anterior bundle, axillary bundle and posterior bundle. The anterior bundle injury is more common, accounting for about 93%, and the posterior bundle injury of the inferior glenohumeral ligament accounts for about 7%.Clinically, the glenohumeral ligaments rarely cause single injury, but more often are combined with other tissue injuries in the shoulder joint, such as glenolip injury, rotator cuff injury, fracture, etc., which is difficult to diagnose clinically and easy to miss diagnosis. This paper reports a case of repairing the posterior bundle of inferior glenohumeral ligament with wire anchor and fixing the fracture of greater tubercle of humerus with suture bridge technique. It is hoped to arouse the vigilance of orthopaedic colleagues and avoid the missed diagnosis of similar injuries.Patients were informed of the study and obtained informed and signed consent forms.
