影响肩袖术后再撕裂相关因素及研究进展

Research progress on factors related to rotator cuff retear secondary to arthroscopic rotator cuff repair

摘要:

肩袖再撕裂是肩袖术后的严重并发症，降低了患者的生活质量。肩袖再撕裂相关的因素多，如年龄、高血脂、骨质疏松等，是目前临床关注的热点与难点。为寻找肩袖再撕裂发生相关因素，本研究通过复习文献，以期待找出最佳单一或多个肩袖再撕裂因素，并做出评估，提高肩袖修复术疗效。

Abstract:

Rotator cuff retear is a serious complication after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, which impacts the quality of life of the pa- tients. There are many factors related to rotator cuff retear, such as age, hyperlipidemia, osteoporosis, etc., which have become hot and diffi- cult point of clinical practice in shoulder surgery at present. In order to find the related factors of rotator cuff retear, this paper reviewed the literature to find the most important single or multiple factors of rotator cuff retear, and to evaluate and improve the efficacy of rotator cuff re- pair.
