Abstract:Abstract: [Objective] To explore the application value of clinical nursing path based on King''s theory in MRI examination of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture (OTLF). [Methods] 201 patients with OTLF from March, 2021 to January, 2023 were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into control group (n=100) and observation group (n=101). The patients in the control group were given routine clinical nursing path nursing during MRI examination, while the patients in the observation group were given clinical nursing path nursing based on King''s standard theory. Psychological stress, perceived control, patient compliance, coping style, the incidence of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. [Results] After the intervention, the scores of tension and out-of-control in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of the revised CAS-R were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After the intervention, the positive coping score and MRI compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the negative coping score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After the intervention, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The application of clinical nursing pathway based on King''s compliance theory in MRI examination of OTLF patients can effectively reduce patients'' psychological pressure, improve patients'' perception control, change patients'' coping style, improve patients'' examination compliance, reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events, and then improve patients'' nursing satisfaction.
