Abstract:[objective] Analysis the cause of the poor wound healing after thoracolumbar fracture surgery, to investigate the methods of the prevention and treatment for the poor wound healing. [Methods] 21 cases with the poor wound healing after thoracolumbar fracture surger were selected from June 2017 to September 2022, classify and discuss performance, causes and treatment methods of the poor wound. [Result] 8 of the 21 cases with the poor healing were operated two times, 7cases incisions were primary healing; 1 case with fistula formation, the fistula formation was healing with dressing after 6 months. The other 13 cases were healed by the strengthening change dressing within 4 weeks.[Conclusion] The severity of trauma is the main factor of poor healing of incision surgery, the first time operation has a direct relationship on prognosis.
