    摘要:

    椎间盘退变(intervertebral disc degeneration, IDD)是常见的临床疾病,随着人口老龄化的加重,其发病率逐年升高,给社会带来了严重的经济负担。IDD发病机制复杂,涉及机械负载、炎症反应、自身免疫等多个方面。IL-17是辅助性T细胞17(T helper cell 17, Th17)的主要效应因子,参与炎症和自身免疫等多种生物过程。目前越来越多研究发现IL-17与IDD高度相关。IL-17可能通过促进细胞外基质(extracellular matrix, ECM)降解,加剧炎症反应,调节髓核细胞代谢,促进微血管生成等加速IDD进程。本文将对IL-17介导IDD的相关机制进行讨论,并对目前基于IL-17治疗IDD的研究现状进行综述。

    Abstract:

    Intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD) is a common clinical disease. With the aggravation of population ageing, the incidence of IDD is increasing year by year, which brings serious economic burden to the society. The pathogenesis of IDD is complex, involving many aspects such as mechanical loading, inflammatory reaction, autoimmunity and so on. IL-17 is a major effector of T helper cell 17(Th17) and is involved in a variety of biological processes, including inflammation and autoimmunity. At present, more and more studies have found that IL-17 is highly correlated with IDD. IL-17 may accelerate the process of IDD by promoting the degradation of extracellular matrix (ECM) , exacerbating the inflammatory response, regulating the metabolism of nucleus pulposus cells, and promoting extracellular matrix angiogenesis. In this article, we will discuss the mechanism of IL-17-mediated IDD, and review the current research status of IL-17-based treatment of IDD.
