拇外翻(hallux valgus,HV)是最常见的足部畸形疾病之一，它的发展与足底压力的变化密切相关。足底压力测量技术是基于生物力学原理，能评估拇外翻足底力学变化，提供科学康复治疗的新方法。足底压力测量已应用于拇外翻临床研究中，通过对足底压力指标进行测量及分析可以综合评价拇外翻的生物力学特征，评价手术临床疗效。综述近年来拇外翻足底压力的研究进展，为临床评价提供依据。

Abstract:

Hallux valgus is one of the most common foot deformities, its development is related to changes in plantar pressure.The plantar pressure force of measurement technology is based on biomechanical principles and can evaluate the mechanical changes in the plantar area of hallux valgus, providing a new method for scientific rehabilitation treatment.The measurement of plantar pressure has been applied in clinical studies of hallux valgus. By measuring and analyzing plantar pressure indicators, the biomechanical characteristics of hallux valgus can be comprehensively evaluated, and the clinical efficacy of surgery can be evaluated. Review the research progress on plantar pressure of hallux valgus in recent years, providing a basis for clinical evaluation.
