Research progress in total ankle arthroplasty

摘要:

全踝关节置换术（total ankle arthroplasty , TAA）是治疗终末期踝关节炎的替代方式。早期 TAA 临床效果欠佳，随着第三代假体的出现以及手术技术的发展，取得了较好的临床效果。目前，TAA 的适应证有逐步扩大的趋势，手术入路仍以前方入路为主，但发展了其他几种入路。假体的总体存活率较满意，但不同地区存在一定差距。计算机辅助下的 TAA 临床优势不明显。失败后的 TAA 尚无统一的治疗方法，可根据实际情况行翻修置换术或者转换为融合术。

Abstract:

Total ankle arthroplasty (TAA) is used as an alternative treatment for end stage ankle arthritis. Early clinical results of TAA were poor, but better clinical results have been achieved with the advent of third-generation prostheses and the development of surgical techniques. Currently, there is a trend of gradual expansion of the indications for TAA. The surgical approach is still mainly the anterior approach, although several other approaches have emerged. The overall survival rate of the prosthesis is satisfactory, but there is some variation from region to region. The clinical advantages of computer-assisted TAA are not obvious. There is no uniform treatment for TAA after failure, and revision arthroplasty or conversion to fusion can be performed according to the actual situation.
