    摘要:

    椎间盘退变(intervertebral disc degeneration, IDD) 是常见的临床疾病,随着人口老龄化的加重,其发病率逐年升高,给社会带来了沉重的经济负担。IDD 发病机制复杂,涉及机械负载、炎症反应、自身免疫等多个方面。IL-17 是辅助性T细胞17(T helper cell 17, Th17) 的主要效应因子,参与炎症和自身免疫等多种生物过程。目前越来越多研究发现IL-17 与IDD高度相关。IL-17 可能通过促进细胞外基质(extracellular matrix, ECM) 降解,加剧炎症反应,调节髓核细胞代谢,促进微血管生成等加速IDD 进程。本文将对IL-17 介导IDD 的相关机制进行讨论,并对目前基于IL-17 治疗IDD 的研究现状进行综述。

    Abstract:

    Intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD), a common clinical disease, brings serious economic burden to the society with the ag-gravation of population ageing. The pathogenesis of IDD is complex, involving many aspects, such as mechanical loading, inflammatory reac-tion, autoimmunity and so on. The IL-17 is a major effector of T helper cell 17(Th17), and is involved in a variety of biological processes, in-cluding inflammation and autoimmunity. At present, more and more studies have found that the IL-17 is highly correlated with IDD, whichmay accelerate the process of IDD by promoting the degradation of extracellular matrix (ECM), exacerbating the inflammatory response, regu-lating the metabolism of nucleus pulposus cells, and promoting extracellular matrix angiogenesis. In this article, we will discuss the mecha-nism of IL-17-mediated IDD, and review the current research status of IL-17-based treatment of IDD.
