骨缺损常由先天性畸形、外伤、肿瘤、感染等原因引起，解决实质性骨缺损，促进和恢复新鲜骨组织再生已成为全球骨科和口腔颌面外科亟需攻克的难题，胶原蛋白是人体中最丰富的蛋白质，也是骨骼系统细胞外基质的最主要成分，因其生物相容性好，可广泛获取，具备运输营养物质或药物的能力，胶原蛋白作为一种替代材料在骨组织再生领域越来越重要，本文主要介绍胶原蛋白的主要类型、来源、在骨再生中的作用及其在骨组织再生的临床应用和潜在应用价值，为胶原蛋白在骨科领域和口腔科领域进一步实践提供理论基础。

Abstract:

Bone defect is often caused by congenital malformation, trauma, tumor, infection and so on. To solve the substantial bone defect and restore the regeneration of fresh bone tissue has become an urgent obstacle to be overcome in the global orthopedics. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body. It is the most important component of the extracellular matrix of the skeletal system. Due to its good biocompatibility, wide availability, and ability to transport nutrients or drugs, collagen is becoming increasingly important as an alternative material in the field of bone tissue regeneration. This article mainly introduces the main types and sources of collagen, the role of collagen in bone regeneration, and its clinical application and potential application value in bone tissue regeneration, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the further practice of collagen in orthopedics and stomatology.
