    摘要:

    肩袖损伤是引发中老年人肩关节疼痛、功能障碍的最常见疾病之一。随着关节镜技术的发展,镜下肩袖修复术已成为肩袖损伤的主要治疗方式,且通常能够获得较好的临床疗效。但目前镜下肩袖修复术后腱骨愈合欠佳仍是丞待解决的问题, 如能有效提高腱骨结合部愈合率,便能确保其形成与正常腱骨相似的组织结构,恢复原有的生物力学性能。本文就影响肩袖止点腱骨愈合的因素及促进腱骨愈合的干预方法作一综述。

    Abstract:

    Rotator cuff injury is one of the most common diseases causing shoulder pain and functional impairment in middle-aged and elderly individuals. With the development of arthroscopic techniques, arthroscopic surgery has become the main treatment for rotator cuff injuries, and generally achieves favorable clinical outcomes. However, it is challenging to achieve the formation of tissue structure in the tendon-bone interface similar to normal tendon insertion, and restore the original biomechanical properties after rotator cuff repair. Efforts to effectively enhance the healing rate of the tendon-bone interface might ensure the formation of tissue structures similar to normal tendon insertion, thus restoring their original biomechanical properties. This article provides a comprehensive review of the factors influencing tendonbone healing at the rotator cuff footprint and intervention methods to promote tendon-bone healing.
