    摘要:

    生物材料在骨科疾病治疗中发挥重要作用,常见植入物材料包括不锈钢、钛合金、生物陶瓷和超高分子量聚乙烯等。其中钛合金材料凭借良好的机械性能和成骨能力成为骨科临床最常用的材料之一,特别是在内固定钢板、人工关节等领域得到广泛应用。但钛合金也存在金属惰性、表面金属离子释放等问题。目前随着材料科学的发展,新型钛合金材料在理化特征和生物性能方面均得到优化。本文针对当前钛合金在骨科应用的研究进展进行综述,为钛合金材料在骨科领域的研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Biomaterials play important roles in the treatment of orthopedic diseases. Common implant materials include stainless steel, titanium alloy, bioceramics, and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and others. Among them, titanium alloy has become one of the most common materials in orthopedic clinic due to its good mechanical properties and osteogenic ability, especially in the fields of internal fixation implants, joint prosthesis, and so on. However, titanium alloys also have drawbacks, such as metal inertness and metal ion release at the surface. At present, with advancements of material science, new titanium alloys have been optimized for their physical and chemical characteristics, as well as their biological properties. In this paper, we review the research progress in application of titanium alloys in orthopedic field to provide a reference for further studies on titanium alloy materials in this aspect.
