踝关节内侧不稳定的诊疗进展

踝关节内侧韧带，又称三角韧带复合体 （deltoid ligament complex, DLC)，是踝关节稳定性的主要韧带结构之一，能限制踝关节过度外翻外旋，维持距骨正常解剖位置。但目前踝关节内侧韧带的损伤常被忽视，缺乏统一的诊断治疗标准，本文收集国内外相关文献报道，将踝关节内侧韧带的解剖学特点、内侧韧带损伤的临床表现、影像学特征以及内侧韧带损伤后的最新治疗方式做一综述。旨在提高临床对踝关节内侧韧带损伤的认识，避免误诊、漏诊的发生，为临床制定标准化的治疗方式提供参考。

Abstract:

The ankle medial ligament, also known as deltoid ligament complex (DLC), is one of major ligamentous structures to maintain the ankle stability, which limits excessive valgus and external rotation of the ankle, and keeps the talus in normal anatomical position. However, the DLC injury is often overlooked in present clinical practice, and there is a lack of unified diagnostic and therapeutic standards for this ligament. This article collects relevant domestic and foreign literatures, and makes a review on the anatomical characteristics, clinical manifestations and imaging features of DL injury, as well as the latest treatment methods for DLC injury aiming to improve understanding of DL injury, avoid the incidence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, provide timely and accurate diagnosis for the majority of patients, and formulate standardized treatment methods for clinical reference.
