    摘要:

    毫米波作为一种极高频的电磁波,已在通讯、雷达等传统领域得到广泛应用,近年来在医学领域的应用前景也日益凸显。毫米波已应用于皮肤病诊断、免疫系统疾病的调控、神经系统疾病、镇痛、远程医疗及智能检测等方面,并且毫米波在细胞及微生物等方面也进行了部分深入研究,但毫米波作用机制及理论基础尚未完全阐明,仍需要进一步深入探讨。本文就毫米波的作用机制及临床应用现状进行综述,总结近年来毫米波用于临床疾病的研究进展,以期为毫米波在临床进一步应用提供参考。

    Abstract:

    As an extremely high-frequency electromagnetic wave, millimeter wave has been widely used in traditional fields, such as communication and radar, and its application prospect in the medical field has become increasingly prominent in recent years. Millimeter wave has been applied in diagnosis of skin diseases, regulation of immune system diseases, nervous system diseases, analgesia, telemedicine and intelligent detection, in addition, some in-depth studies have been carried out on millimeter waves in cells and microorganisms. However, the mechanism and theoretical basis of millimeter wave have not been fully elucidated, and further in-depth research is still needed. This article reviews the action mechanism and clinical application of millimeter waves, and summarizes the research progress of millimeter waves in clinical diseases in recent years, in order to provide a reference for the further clinical application of millimeter waves.
