    摘要:

    肩袖损伤是常见的肌肉骨骼疾病, 其修复效果直接影响患者肩关节功能恢复。富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma, PRP)作为一种生物治疗手段, 在促进肩袖修复方面展现出多方面的调控作用, 通过调节局部炎症反应、促进肌腱细胞增殖与迁移、改善胶原合成与重塑等多重机制, 从而加速肩袖愈合。尽管PRP在肩袖修复中具有重要临床应用前景, 其标准化制备、最佳治疗策略及长期安全性仍需进一步研究明确。本文总结了近年来国内外相关文献, 就PRP在肩袖损伤修复的机制作一综述。

    Abstract:

    Rotator cuff injury is a common musculoskeletal disorder, and the repair outcome directly affects the recovery of shoulder function. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP), as a biological treatment method, demonstrates various regulatory effects in promoting rotator cuff healing. Through regulating local inflammatory responses, promoting tendon cell proliferation and migration, improving collagen synthesis, remodeling and so on, it accelerates rotator cuff healing after repair. Although PRP has significant clinical application prospects in rotator cuff repair, its standardized preparation, optimal treatment strategies, and long-term safety still need further research to clarify. This article summarizes relevant domestic and foreign literature in recent years and reviews the mechanism of PRP promoting rotator cuff healing after repair.
