Choice of indications and contraindications for hip arthroscopy

髋关节镜手术具有创伤小、术后恢复快、疼痛轻、并发症少等优势。近年来，随着髋关节镜领域的飞速发展，其手术技术不断完善改进，手术适应证不断扩大，已逐步替代传统开放式手术成为治疗早中期髋部疾病的首选术式，但部分患者术后疗效不尽如人意。为此，本文对髋关节镜手术适应证的选择与禁忌证加以概述。

Abstract:

Hip arthroscopy has the advantages of less trauma, quick postoperative recovery, light pain and fewer complications. In re- cent years, hip arthroscopy and its surgical techniques are constantly improved with the rapid development of specific instrumentations, and the indications for clinical application are constantly expanding. It is gradually replacing the traditional open surgery and become the first choice for the treatment of early and middle stage hip injuries and diseases, despite of the fact that clinical outcomes in some patients re- main unsatisfactory. In this paper, choice of indications and contraindications for hip arthroscopy were summarized.
