    摘要:

    随着计算机科学和技术的发展,人工智能(artificial intelligence, AI) 在医学领域,特别是骨科,已经显示出令人瞩目的应用前景。本文详细探讨了AI 在骨科的应用现状、挑战和未来发展趋势。从医学影像的智能解析,到手术中的AI 应用,再到康复中的AI 探索,AI 正逐步渗透并改变骨科的诊断和治疗方法。AI 提高了医生解读影像资料的准确性,辅助手术中的精准操作和方案优化,并在康复阶段监测患者进展,制定个性化康复计划。尽管目前还面临一些诸如数据安全、技术标准化及验证问题等技术和伦理上的挑战,但AI 技术的进一步发展和应用无疑将为骨科医学带来更多的创新和进步。

    Abstract:

    With the development of computer science and technology, artificial intelligence (AI) has shown remarkable applicationprospects in the field of medicine, especially orthopedics. This paper discusses in detail the current situation, challenges and future devel-opment trends of AI in orthopedics. From the intelligent analysis of medical images, to the application of AI in surgery, and then to the ex-ploration of AI in rehabilitation, AI is gradually penetrating and changing the diagnosis and treatment methods of orthopedics. AI has im-proved the accuracy of doctors' interpretation of image data, assisted precise operation and program optimization in surgery, monitored pa-tient progress in the rehabilitation stage, and formulated personalized rehabilitation plans. Although there are still some technical and ethi-cal challenges such as data security, technical standardization and verification issues, the further development and application of AI tech-nology will undoubtedly bring more innovation and progress to orthopedic medicine.
