Current status and future of 3D printing technology used in spinal surgery

摘要:

随着医学3D 打印技术的发展，其在精准化、个体化医疗中显示出巨大优势，有效推动了医学的发展。尤其在脊柱外科领域，3D 打印技术在个体化内置物设计及制作、手术辅助导板、手术规划、体外矫形、教学培训、医患沟通和生物材料等方面均表现出广阔的应用前景。本文拟对近年来3D 打印技术在脊柱外科领域中的应用现状进行综述，为脊柱外科疾病治疗方案的精准性和个体化提供参考。

Abstract:

With the development of medical 3D printing technology, it has shown great advantages in precision and personalized medi-cine, effectively promoting the development of medicine. Especially in the field of spine surgery, 3D printing technology has shown broad ap-plication prospects in the design and manufacture of personalized implants, surgical auxiliary guides, surgical planning, extracorporeal or-thotics, teaching and training, doctor-patient communication and biomaterials. This paper intends to review the application status of 3Dprinting technology in the field of spinal surgery in recent years, so as to provide reference for the accuracy and individualization of spinalsurgery.
