    摘要:

    骨代谢即骨组织中的骨细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞和细胞外基质不停进行的物质和能量自我更新过程,其主要通过骨生成和骨吸收的动态平衡对骨进行改建和重塑。各种原因导致的骨代谢异常均可损害骨骼功能,进而对机体产生重大影响。 钙(calcium, Ca)和磷(phosphorus, P)是骨形成最重要的两种元素,维持骨的生长发育。钙磷比(Ca/P ratio)调控骨细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞和细胞外基质,通过一系列级联反应影响骨生成和骨吸收。本文将根据钙磷比对成骨、破骨、骨分化和骨周围微环境的影响进行综述,探讨钙磷比与骨代谢的关系,为骨质疏松症和骨修复材料相关研究提供新思路。

    Abstract:

    Bone metabolism is the continuous material and energy self-renewal process of osteocytes, osteoblasts, osteoclasts and extracellular matrix in bone tissue, which rebuilds and reshapes bone mainly through the dynamic balance of bone formation and bone resorption. Abnormal bone metabolism caused by various reasons impairs the function of bone, and then exerts a significant impact on the body. Calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) are the two most important elements for bone formation, which maintain bone growth and development. Calciumphosphorus ratio (Ca/P ratio) regulates osteocytes, osteoblasts, osteoclasts and extracellular matrix, and influences bone formation and bone resorption through a series of cascade reactions. In this paper, the role of Ca/P ratio on osteogenesis, osteoclysis, bone differentiation and bone microenvironment were reviewed, and the relationship between Ca/P ratio and bone metabolism was discussed to provide new ideas for the research of osteoporosis and bone repair materials.
