    摘要:

    随着人口老龄化程度的不断加剧,老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的发生率越来越高,椎体成形术、椎体后凸成形术和骨水泥强化椎弓根螺钉内固定术等强化技术应用的接受度和普及率逐渐增高,其相关并发症的出现和报道亦逐渐增多。其中骨水泥肺栓塞是最严重的潜在致命并发症之一,已成为评价手术质量的关键因素,临床医生对其关注度也不断提高。为了进一步优化治疗方案,提高围手术期的安全性并降低医疗成本,椎体强化术骨水泥肺栓塞的相关研究再次成了热点。本文就椎体强化术后骨水泥肺栓塞的临床表现、诊断、危险因素、治疗及预防等做一综述。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing degree of aging of the population, the incidence of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) in the elderly is becoming higher and higher. The acceptance and popularity of vertebral augmentation procedure, such as percutaneous ver-tebroplasty, kyphoplasty and cement-reinforced pedicle screw internal fixation, are gradually increasing, whereas the occurrence and reports of related complications are also increasing. Bone cement pulmonary embolism, one of the most serious potentially fatal complications, has become a key factor in evaluating surgical quality, and clinicians are paying increasing attention to it. In order to further optimize the treatment plan, improve the perioperative safety and reduce the medical cost, the related research of bone cement pulmonary embolism after vertebral augmentation has become a hot spot again. This article reviews the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, risk factors, treatment and prevention of bone cement pulmonary embolism after vertebral augmentation.
