半月板外突中央化治疗的研究进展△

Advances in research on centralized treatment of meniscal exostoses

摘要:

半月板在承重、维持膝关节运动功能协调、稳定膝关节和吸收震荡等方面起着举足轻重的作用。然而，日益增多的半月板突出所造成的软骨退变加速已经引起了人们的注意，研究发现它与早期膝关节骨性关节炎（knee osteoarthritis, KOA）有关。因此，膝关节镜下半月板中央化技术被提出用来减少膝关节关节间隙中软骨的磨损。在这一过程中，使用缝线锚钉将已经被挤出关节间隙的半月板缝合到胫骨平台的边缘，将突出的半月板固定回原本的位置，以达到缓解软骨的退行性形变的目的。

Abstract:

The meniscus plays a pivotal role in weight bearing, maintaining coordination of knee motor function, stabilizing the knee and absorbing shock. However, accelerated cartilage degeneration caused by increasing meniscal herniation has drawn attention, and studies have found it to be associated with early osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. Therefore, the knee arthroscopic meniscus centralization technique has been proposed to reduce cartilage wear in the articular space of the knee. In this procedure, the meniscus that has been pushed out of the joint space is sutured to the edge of the tibial plateau using suture anchors to fix the protruding meniscus back to its original position in order to alleviate the degenerative deformation of the cartilage.
