Recently, our magazine received a notification from the Scopus database that, after strict review, Orthopedic Journal of China has been officially included in the Scopus database! Scopus database, as one of the largest abstract and citation databases in the world, is widely used in various fields such as academic research, literature retrieval, and scientific research evaluation. Launched by Elsevier in 2004, the content covers multiple disciplines.
Since its inception in 1994, the journal has always adhered to the principles of progressiveness, scientificity, scholarship and innovation, and is committed to promoting academic exchanges and progress in the field of orthopedics. This inclusion in the Scopus database is an important milestone in the development of Orthopedic Journal of China. Scopus database, as a globally renowned academic database, is known for its strict inclusion standards and high-quality academic resources. Being included in this database is not only a recognition of the academic quality of Orthopedic Journal of China, but also an affirmation of its influence in the field of orthopedics.
In the future, we will continue to uphold the concept of high-quality and high-level publishing, and continuously improve the academic quality and influence of the magazine. The Scopus database has extremely high requirements for the academic quality of journals and the originality of papers. In order to ensure that this journal can continue to meet the inclusion standards of the Scopus database, we sincerely hope that authors can follow the following requirements when submitting: in addition to ensuring that the manuscript has a high academic level and innovation, and resolutely eliminating any form of academic misconduct, submissions must strictly follow the format requirements of the Scopus database, including article titles, author affiliations, author names, abstracts, keywords, table titles, and figure titles, all of which must be in English, and Chinese references must be accompanied by English annotations and DOIs. We will continue to strengthen cooperation and exchange with internationally renowned academic databases to promote the continuous development and progress of China's orthopedic surgery industry.
