In order to ensure the seriousness and scientificity of academic journals, maintain academic integrity, eliminate academic misconduct, and implement reasonable medical treatment and related medical rules and regulations; At the same time, in order to improve the efficiency of the review of incoming manuscripts, shorten the review cycle, and make high-quality manuscripts published as soon as possible. From now on, all contributors to the Journal, in addition to uploading manuscripts and high-definition picture files, must upload the following basic additional documents in the journal submission system:
(1) Unit letter of introduction: to prove that the content of the manuscript is true, written by the staff of the unit, the author's signature is not controversial, no draft two votes, the unit letter of introduction needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit with the qualification of a legal person.
(2) Academic integrity commitment: written by the first author or corresponding author, promise that the content of the manuscript is their own work, and written by themselves, there is no third-party writing or investment behavior; No plagiarism or plagiarism of others' academic achievements; No falsification or tampering of experimental data; No falsification of data and other academic misconduct, no improper signature, etc.; Promise that the research data and results are true, reliable and original.
(3) Recommendation letter from peer experts: If the manuscript is accompanied by two recommendation letters from peer experts outside the hospital, the manuscript processing process can be significantly accelerated. Experts should have the title of deputy high or above, and the recommendation letter evaluates the scientific, innovative, practical and readable content of the manuscript. The referrer should sign and indicate the unit, title and contact information.
In addition, additional documentation is required in the following cases:
(1) Supervisor recommendation letter: The manuscript written during the graduate work must be attached with a supervisor recommendation letter, and the supervisor is the corresponding author. Brief introduction of students and manuscript writing, and reasons for recommendation. The referrer should sign and indicate the unit, title and contact information.
(2) Recommendation letter from superior physician: When a physician or attending physician writes surgery or other diagnosis and treatment involving a superior qualification, a recommendation letter from superior physician must be attached, and the superior physician shall be the corresponding author. The recommendation letter states the authenticity of the information and the reasons for the recommendation. The referrer should sign and indicate the unit, title and contact information.
(3) Proof of Fund: Where the content of the document is funded by the fund, including international, national, provincial, city, county, and various scientific research funds of the system, enterprise, and the unit, in addition to indicating the name and number of the fund project at the foot of the first page of the document, please be sure to upload a copy of the approval certificate or document that can prove the fund.
At the time of submission, the author must declare any potential conflicts of interest related to the research, including whether there are any economic or other related conflicts of interest. In addition, when submitting the manuscript, it is necessary to declare the corresponding contributions of each author and explain their specific contributions to the manuscript. The corresponding templates can be downloaded from the journal's website, filled out and uploaded to the system attachment. The two statements must be concise and to the point, placed at the end of the main text before the references.
