The result part should give the key data and statistical values, and the conclusion part should only describe the content that can be directly derived from the results, and should not be over-extended. Experience exchange articles, only 4 structural Chinese abstract, title, author's name and organization, keywords should be marked in English. Summary articles are short and descriptive abstracts in both Chinese and English. 3 to 5 keywords should be attached to the summary. Chinese and English abstract is not required for case report articles. 3-5 keywords should be attached before the text. The title, author's name and organization, and keywords should be marked in English.
2.4 Introduction
The introduction should describe the importance, background and significance of the study. Based on the existing problems and disputes in previous studies, the purpose and significance of this study are introduced, the research hypothesis is proposed, the innovation points are pointed out, and the research design and methods are briefly introduced. The preface is usually about 350 to 600 words.
2.5 Data and methods
Reflect the scientific and advanced nature of the article. Include inclusion and exclusion criteria, general information, treatment methods, evaluation indicators, and statistical methods. The general information section should explain the nature of the research, the number of research objects, the grouping method, the time period, the characteristics of the research objects, etc. The name of the group must be consistent throughout the text, it is best to intuitively reflect its characteristics, such as "minimally invasive group" and "routine group", try to avoid the use of "observation group" and "control group", so that readers can understood clearly. The treatment section should be concise and accurate, highlighting improvements and innovations. Quantitative indicators were adopted as far as possible, such as international clinical scales, measurement tests and test indicators. Statistical methods indicate the statistical software used, the way of data presentation, the specific statistical analysis methods of different data, and the level of testing. This part accounts for 30% of the full text, with less than 1200 words.
2.6 Results
The results section is the core of medical papers and is the most important expression of research innovation. Results should be described stratified according to the subject of the study, such as perioperative conditions, follow-up results and imaging evaluation. The original data obtained must be reviewed, proofread, analyzed and summarized, and processed statistically, and expressed in the form of words, tables and pictures. The main text describes the complete objective phenomenon and the result trend, the table gives the specific data and statistical values, and the graph intuitively shows the typical phenomenon. The specific data in the table is not repeated in the main text. The chart should be self-explanatory. The results should be written in a logical order and should correspond to the evaluation indicators in the method section. The result part accounts for about 30% of the text length, with less than 1200 words.
2.7 Discussion
The discussion focuses on elucidating, reasoning and evaluating the mechanism and significance of the research results, and compares the methods and results with those of previous similar studies. The core results of the study can be restated, but the specific data need not be restated, and excessive literature review should not be done. In addition, we should clarify the shortcomings of the method and the limitations of the findings, as well as the implications for further research, and finally put forward the conclusions and prospects of this study. The discussion section should account for about 30% of the body length, with less than 1200 words.
2.8 Technical note
It involves the innovation and reform of practical surgical techniques, methods, instruments and materials. The main body of such articles includes: (1) Introduction: describes the background of technological innovation, existing problems, and leads to the purpose and innovation points; (2) Technical methods (or surgical methods) : a detailed introduction of innovative technologies and methods, with drawing diagrams or photos, it is recommended to send video materials at the same time, intellectual property rights should be applied for patents before submission; (3) Recent results or typical cases: Recent results of reported cases or 1 to 2 typical cases, with corresponding pictures; (4) Discussion: Focus on the technical innovation points and literature comparison, and point out the shortcomings of new technologies.

3.6 Statistical Methods
Measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (x±s), and independent sample t test was used for comparison between the two groups. Single factor analysis of variance was used for comparison among multiple groups, and LDS method was used for pair-to-group comparison. When the distribution of data is obviously skewed, and the characteristics of data skew need to be emphasized, the median quartile interval method [M (P25, P75)] should be used to express, and non-parametric statistical method should be adopted. The counting data of rank variables and dichotomous variables were represented by the number of cases. Mann-Whitney U test or Chi-square test were used to compare the two groups. Other special statistical test methods are described according to actual use. State the inspection level.
